Zu den verfügbaren Optionen gehören neben AFM, SNOM, SEM, Photolumineszenz und Fluoreszenz auch eine moderne LED-Weißlichtbeleuchtung, präzise zeitaufgelöste Methoden, optische Profilometrie, Polarisations-abhängige Analysen, invertierte Probenbeleuchtung, Fotostrom-Messungen und nicht-lineare Techniken wie Frequenzverdopplung oder -verdreifachung.
